The Out & About Medical Voucher Program
The Out & About Medical Voucher Program cassist with medical vouchers used to pay for an approved non-emergency medical trips. A trusted family member, friend, neighbor or spouse can drive the approved participant to their medical appointments. I've attached a flyer as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Program Requirements
Non-emergency medical or health-related trips.
Must have a disability, and be 55+ years old.
Reimbursement: $0.65 a mile round trip/ up to $650.00 a year.
