What Is The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)?
The Revolving Loan Fund Program is a lending program for the expansion, retention or
start-up of businesses that are unable to receive financing from traditional lending
sources.
Who is Eligible?
Startups
Established Businesses
Expanding Businesses
Businesses that have been turned down by traditional lenders
Businesses that cannot obtain enough funding from a traditional lender
Businesses locatedin Carbon, Emery, Grand, and San Juan Counties
What are the Terms?
Loans range from $10,000 - $150,000
Repayment periods from 3 - 10 years
No penalties for early payoff
Interest rate dependent on the applicant and the Current Prime Interest Rate
Other Details
Applications due at the beginning of the month to be reviewed in a timely manner
All applications are reviewed by the RLF Committee and RLF Board
Only completed application packets (including $250 application fee payment) can be submitted for review.
If approved, all closing costs are due by the borrower at the time of signing
