What Is The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)?

The Revolving Loan Fund Program is a lending program for the expansion, retention or start-up of businesses that are unable to receive financing from traditional lending sources.

    • Established Businesses

    • Expanding Businesses

    • Businesses that have been turned down by traditional lenders

    • Businesses that cannot obtain enough funding from a traditional lender

    • Businesses located in Carbon, Emery, Grand, and San Juan Counties

    • Loans range from $10,000 - $150,000

    • Repayment periods from 3 - 10 years

    • No penalties for early payoff

    • Interest rate is dependent on the applicant and the Current Prime Interest Rate

    • Applications due at the beginning of the month to be reviewed in a timely manner

    • All applications are reviewed by the RLF Committee and RLF Board

    • Only completed application packets (including $250 application fee payment) can be submitted for review.

    • If approved, all closing costs are due by the borrower at the time of signing
